    Born in Tel Aviv, Haya has traveled extensively and drawn inspiration from many different cuisines. In 2009 she and her sons opened the first NENI restaurant in Vienna. Today NENI restaurants can be found across Europe and selected NENI products are even sold in supermarkets. In this online course Haya shares her knowledge, experience and the finest recipes of Levantine cuisine.
