    3-Michelin-starred chef

    Raised in San Sebastian with Moroccan roots, Najat Kaanache's career led her to some of the world's most outstanding restaurants. She worked, among others, at the three-Michelin-starred restaurants Noma and El Bulli. In 2016, she opened her own restaurant, Nur, in Fez. Just one year later, Nur was named the best Moroccan restaurant in the world.
